About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To experience other cultures and lifestyles

ABOUT ME

South African, who lived in London for many years and who has now just moved to Brussels. Love watching the sun rise, snowball and pillow fights, lying on my back looking at the stars, gazing at the moon, chatting all night long, doing crazy things, smiling at strangers, spreading happiness, listening to music, jumping around, chilling out, spoiling my friends :-))

PHILOSOPHY

At worst we are immortal for a lifetime. The ride of our lives begins when we are born.

Is it possible to meet this moment with curiosity?

How does my experience change when I meet the world from my heart?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Got some good tips for Gothenburg and met up with someone in Berlin for a drink and she invited us to a party and to dinner at her house which was FAB!! We also met others at the part and were then invited to a club where a friend's band was playing. Also met up with couchsurfers in Andalucia.

I have hosted Bene from Germany.
I have helped Jens from Finland find people in London.
I hosted Susana from Berlin.

Interests

Film, photography, writing poetry and my thoughts, dancing, philosophy, psychology, cycling, smiling and laughing lots, having fun, drinking wine and chatting all night, dancing till my feet are sore.

5Rhythms, movement meditation.

I like art galleries and old buildings. Love Andalucia (in southern Spain), speaking Spanish, good food, finding pleasure in little things.

I like talking about deep things, silly things, and try to challenge myself to change for the better all the time. I am currently practising the amazing concept of unconditional love :-)

Canoeing down the Zambezi River at Victoria Falls through nature reserves past elephants playing in the river, and hippos half submerged in the water.
