About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be happy

ABOUT ME

My blood is 50/50 Japanes & Mexican, I really respect and enjoy both cultures, but am definitely more Mexican. I have only been to Japan four times, so I will not be able to tell you much about this it. I have lived most of my life in Mexico City, for about 20 years.

I am a person that gets addicted to things really easily. When I first tried egg nog, I had to keep drinking it daily for almost a month, same with root beer. I played poker online once, and I played for about 3 years afterwards. I played frontenis once (similar to racquetball) and now it is my favorite sport. I can also get un-addicted really easily (just the way I now quit drinking root beer and egg nog)

Not much else to say, I really like traveling and I think Couchsurfing is awesome!

PHILOSOPHY

Just to be yourself is the most important thing, I know that you could capture everyone's attention with certain popular behaviors, but then you'd miss the person that would really appreciate you for who you are.

Listening is something people often take for granted, thinkings it's something everyone knows how to do. But its crucial to know how to listen, to be able to understand.

The further you wander for the truth, the more confused you will get, but it will certainly be with much more interesting things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This community is great!!! I try to participate as possible, by verifying my name and donating... I also volunteer as the location fixer for Mexico, and so if you find any problems with locations eg city names etc, please do let me know. I am also ambassador for Mexico City, so please let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been so nice staying with people at their
places!!! so much better than hostels... you get the hospitality of a friend, you get to meet new and interesting people, and nothing better than a local to know a place. Also, when receiving people, it is so nice to know people who enjoy your land, even better than locals most times... so rewarding...

Interests

Playing frontenis whenever i can, browsing the web, traveling... and you know what... talking! I really do enjoy talking...

Additional to the countries on this map, I have been to China (HK-SAR) on a stopover.

Music, Movies, and Books

Well.. movies... The Butterfly Effect (first one, second one is really bad), Big Fish, The Others, A Beautiful Mind, Eternal Sunshine for the Spotless Mind, Memento, Requiem for a Dream, Million Dollar Baby, Killbill.

For music... well, my favorite band is the cranberries, even though my favorite songs are from other bands, but they are still my favourite band by far overall.

Books... The prince. Is there another one? =)
Your life should be based on this book.

Teach, Learn, Share

DO NOT take couch surfing as:
- Cheap hotel... I learned in an ethics class once, that you have to like the human beign for itself, and not for wht you can get from it, even if this is love. You have to appreciate the human beign for itself.

-Dating Service: Come on! there are thousands out there! dont make this one of them
