About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Wonder in everything, no matter how great or small.

ABOUT ME

From Texas. Laid back and gregarious. Feel free to ask away about anything!

PHILOSOPHY

No worries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've CouchSurfed and hosted a bit in the past, and hope to continue for as long as possible. I also organized and took part in events in Chicago and Washington, DC, and try to support the community whenever I can.

I'm also in a band in D.C. called Exit Vehicles, and we try to put CouchSurfing nights together at concerts downtown sometimes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed in France, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Greece, Italy, as well as here in the USA! I've also been to a few CSer meetings in Bordeaux, Paris, Chicago, Rome, and DC. I enjoy the community and the whole philosophy behind it all.

Interests

I can't really think of anything that couldn't be made to be interesting in some way.

  • concerts
  • wine
  • international relations
  • film
  • foreign policy

Music, Movies, and Books

I will watch any film, listen to any music, read any book - whether completely amazing or complete garbage.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This would probably involve some kind of sunrise, sunset, or star-filled sky in some completely random and amazing locale. And I was probably either completely penniless or standing next to a wonderful human being that made the entire universe seem just a little bit better.

Teach, Learn, Share

"For every crisis, an opportunity." Make the best of the situation, no matter what. I truly identify with the whole CS philosophy. This little experiment can do great things if we give it a chance. Just stay calm and keep surfing.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
