I'm a people-watching polyglot searching for a personal catch-phrase and a quality bottle of red wine for less than 80 SEK. (That last bit is impossible with Sweden's high alcohol taxes.)

I'm NOT allergy-friendly; I have one dog and two cats and my clothes are almost always covered in animal hair. I also have a husband, he doesn't shed any hair but I thought I should mention it anyways.

To define myself by some of the great pop-cultural divides of my generation in the West: My allegiances are with pirates over ninjas, The Rolling Stones over The Beatles, and Star Wars over Star Trekk.

I do not care about your origins, physical attributes, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, age or gender. I care about your kindness, your respect for the people around you, your open-mindedness and your intelligence.

I also happen to be a writer by habit, a journalist, an ex-expat (moved back to Sweden in 2015 after 8-and-some years in Germany, China and Hong Kong). Am also possibly a bit of an odd bird.
