ABOUT ME

hello,

we are a happy young family; Joris, Nora, Ilian (born 2010), Edua (born 2013) .
When at home , besides working as agile coach we spend all time with kids and dog (7 y o)
when we travel we tend to stay agile, dynamic and open minded, multicultural adventurous.

we're trustworthy, social & open minded people , ideological, consequent vegan + chill!

why vegan?
Climate threats & nature change... hopeful to see that 1 day almost everyone agrees these need for personal engagement.
from peace and respect point of view, we try to live by ecological principles as harmless as possible to all living creatures.
so seriousness, discipline & open minded tolerance are some keywords to guide an inclusive lifestyle.

this social way of life, learned little by little and still learning every day; step by step to understand its real meaning, gives us unlimited spaces to put creativity and consciousness in service of respect... that'€™s why we consider the word €œvegan€ as an adjective with the same meaning of hâppy€ ...shiny, humane...

To choose vegan means to choose all that is good for us, all children, all animals, our Planet and its resources, all sentient beings.

today, it is almost world widely amazing to discover that almost every place (restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ...) could offer a simple but rich and complete food, if a bit creativity is there, the quality can follow.

But vegan is not only about food. It is a way of living that goes beyond the edges of the kitchen to reach our daily choices, filling relation towards every other with respect and consciousness.
Organic, ecological, fair trade, recycled, reused … These are only few terms of this WONDERFUL LIFE!

nevertheless I'm realistic & not fanatic (at least trying), I support & plan to work/volunteer for the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

luckily we do not smoke, & are very sensitive to smelly, smoky sigars & sigarettes !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

13 years CS experience since Xmas 2006; took a long break when kids were born; now getting back in the game.
(like most of us here) i Just wish I knew before
for 15 years I'm familiar and actively involved with SERVAS (www.servas.org) a similar concept of couchsurfing , more serious & peace related

i've had only great guests & couchsurfers up untill now, nice people who don't lie/steal, like to vegan eat & cook and share stories from all over the world. maybe you're one of them?

when in 20 or 30ies sport (hangliding & alpinism), culture (cinema & music festivals) were top of mind; now 43 it's hiking in Switzerland, kids culture, parenting...
