ABOUT ME

I have to travel. It's difficult to explain but it's something that I need to do. I have no problems going to a place by myself, where I've never been before, where I don't know anyone and I don't speak the language. (the ironic thing is I would never think of going to a movie by myself in my own city)
When I was younger, my friends used to ask me why I asked so many questions. I was and remain interested in how people look at things and why. People do have different perceptions based upon where they come from and what they have experienced. However, the interesting thing is that no matter where I travel to and how different the cultures might be, we are all (at some level) quite similar. We all want the many of the same things in life.

PHILOSOPHY

"You gotta live man".....Thats's what I say to people when they ask me why I travel so much. It's all about living. If I can spend a couple of months living out of a backpack, it tells me how much 'stuff' I really need.

兴趣

Hockey (I am from Canada), snowboarding, basketball. Good food, good wine, interesting company. Every culture has it's own food, which is one of the great things about travelling.
