About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Help making the world a more sympathetic place

ABOUT ME

I am a cultural mishmash, and believe that I will probably never find a place where I feel at home and that that's OK. There's no setting where I fit in a 100% and I don't want to. Born and raised in Sweden and tried living on 4 continents, landed in Israel for now (I am half Israeli). I enjoy meeting new and interesting people who think a lot in and about life, and can broaden my horizons. Always on my way someplace, I can't stay still for too long. I am however very well organized and not too impulsive either :)

PHILOSOPHY

Take life and yourself as it comes and do your best in everything! Listen carefully to yourself and follow your feelings about what makes you happy. Try not to use to many labels, neither on yourself nor on others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By welcoming people to my city whenever I have the time, and by meeting with cool CS people when I am traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a member in CS since 2007 and had many lovely people stay at my place in Stockholm through CS. I met a few of them again when visiting their cities later, sometimes years later! I did my first official surfing quite a lot later, in 2012 when I was traveling the US West coast, in LA, Portland and Seattle it was great. I also met with some people for coffee/drinks while I was traveling or settling in to new cities in Germany, Uganda, Colombia and the US - a great way to see sides of a new city that you wouldn't find otherwise. Only good experiences so far!
