ABOUT ME

I am a Japanese Major attending Arizona State University. I moved to Arizona a few years ago from DC in order to escape the snow and to be able to afford a house.

PHILOSOPHY

If I had to sum up my personal philosophy in a few lines, I would probably just recite my favorite poem:

I am interested in languages and different people. I love to read, travel, and try new foods.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have read so many books and loved nearly all of them. I don't really have a specific genre that is my favorite. I often say that, like ice cream flavors, my favorite book is the one in my hands at the time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would have to list two things: Going to Carnivale in Venice and also, catching butterflies in Panama as a little kid.

Teach, Learn, Share

I feel like I am still trying to fully understand myself so, I don't think of myself as qualified to teach anything but, sometimes learning together is more fun than learning on your own.
