Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I couch surfed in Dublin and New Orleans and met some amazing people in both places. In spring 2011 I hosted at my apartment in Seattle. It's extremely rewarding to give back a little and, of course, it's always a pleasure to meet new travelers.

Couch surfing can be a great way to get plugged into a new place. Hosting can be a great way to justify being a tourist in your own city.
