An update for 2024:

I get tons of requests every single day and my free time is precious, if you send a generic request it will most likely be declined.

Switzerland is expensive to stay in and very popular in the summer so getting hosted isn’t easy - I get it. However, please put a little bit of effort into the request.

I do not host people without references for my safety and that of my flatmate - there are no exceptions. If you are new to CS, please work on getting some by perhaps meeting someone locally through the Hangouts feature or preferably by hosting people yourself. We all had to start somewhere.
