About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find the holy grail or even better an unholy grail

ABOUT ME

Hello! I hosted a number of couchsurfers in Los Angeles a couple years ago. Now I'm in Las Vegas, ready to host here and there when I can.

Long ago, in the 1860s, I lived in Indiana. It was on the frontier back then, so we lived in a chuckwagon and I had a torrid affair with Laura Ingalls Wilder.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the theory of relativity. It explains a whole heck of a lot, and not just the behaviour of stars.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted surfers in my old swanky Hollywood pad, some of whom came to visit me again. Two years ago I took a trip to Germany and three of my former surfers hosted me. I know I will always have places to stay all over the world, and my former surfers are always welcome to stay with me in Las Vegas.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I host when I can, and am always looking for new friends in the places I hope to travel to someday soon.

I stayed on my friend's couch for about a month once, but that wasn't couch surfing, that was sheer laziness.

Interests

I love travel (duh!), classical music, BritPop, and history of all kinds -- Los Angeles, New England, Roman, Modern European, English, all sorts.
