One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Shared a bicycle down the Blue Ridge Parkway with another person. We got clocked over 30mph. No helmets.....on second thought, that wasn't amazing, that was just stupid.

I can teach you the wild turkey call, circular breathing or even some songs on the mandolin, and yoga poses to remedy different kinds of chronic pain, and the recipe for the best damn kale salad you never ate.
