Guests: Please Read!!! I get a lot of requests. Because of this I've decided to be a little picky. If you don't have references, don't bother, you will be wasting both of our time. "But how do I get references if I'm new to Couchsurfing?!" I know we all started somewhere, and this brings me to my second point. Host! If I can't see on your profile that you have hosted at least once, I will very likely say no. Don't take it personally. If you can't host, go to meetups, show people around, host events, put in some effort. That said, if you are an active host, definitely do message me; if I'm able I hope to give back to those who have given the same to others and this amazing community I'd love to host you!

Born & raised in the bay area, I now live in New Zealand! I've lived in San Francisco, New York, Melbourne, Sydney, and now Auckland! I am a California girl, and I have the tat to prove it. I also have a lot of love for my second home, NYC. I have become a bit addicted to travel since the first time I stepped on a plane on my way to LA in Jan '07. I really do want to see EVERYTHING! I love meeting new people from all over the world; I've learned so much! I’ve done lots of jobs but at the moment I manage the bar for a concert venue. I’m lucky in that I get to go to a lot of concerts! I do have fun with life, but that doesn't mean I don't work long and hard. I am a generous, loving, honest, trusting, intelligent, open-minded, passionate person.

I have hosted lots of travellers and events since I joined. I try to help out in whatever way I can and am always open to giving advice, meeting people, and hosting whenever my schedule permits.

I love CS! It's changed my life in so many ways. I wouldn't be where I am or who I am today without it.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I am an avid giver, I believe in giving blood (even though I can't because I practically passed out the first time), have spent lots of time volunteering, and I have donated my eggs on multiple occasions.

I would really like to learn new languages, new skills, to plan an instrument or two, to become conversational in Spanish and I would like to have a better understanding of far off places.
