About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Quiero comer tu sofa.

ABOUT ME

I like people. I was doing social work for a few years, but I quit to run around the world and try to meet you! I like a lot of things: outdoors, videogames, reading, drawing, music, meeting people, traveling, biking, cheap food, research.

PHILOSOPHY

love love love
Everyone wants to be happy and avoid suffering.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The best I know how. I try to meet all of you and stay with you and you can stay with me when I have a home to offer you. I like to go to meetings. Sometimes I have weekly movie showings in my house for CSers too!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My favorite thing in the world. I can not meet a bad person on couchsuring no matter how hard I try. It's great because I can go to cities where I know no one and I always know I have a pool of friends and great people just waiting to be met thanks to CS.

Interests

travel, biking, baseball, mental health, video games, reading, live music, hearing good jokes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I snuck into 2006 Cardinals World Series games 3 and 5 Moved to Mexico. Kayaked in the Mediterranean Sea. Helped Leonard work on Salvation Mountain. Lived in Hoosier Mansion and Sludge Mansion in their prime. Got paid for 2.5 years to hang out with and love crazy people. Found and lost love in Monterrey, Mexico. Danced with the dead in Oaxaca during los dias del muerto.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to sew small holes in your sleeves or if your pants are a little too wide in the waist. I can teach you to play Tetris and Scrabble maybe a little better. I can teach you the rules of baseball: why the Cardinals are great and the Cubs will always suck. I can teach you maybe a little about mental health. I can teach you to save money and live off very little and try to get temporary escapes from traditional life.

I want to learn what keeps you moving.

I will share my thrift store books I bought for $1 or I will burn you some CDs if you like any of my music. I can try to cook for you, maybe. That's all I have to give, and a helping hand.
