About Me

CURRENT MISSION

BE HAPPY, and Be the best you, you can ever be... kaizen... today, better than yesterday, tomorrow.. better than today!

ABOUT ME

My posts/messages represent solely my own opinion and do not express the views or opinions of my employer

last update - 6 Jan 14

8/9/2016-I will come back to properly update my profile. I cannot host nor devote much time to surfers but I will always be happy to help where I can..

Couch not available for surfing at this time.

Just to prevent future incidents, please make sure you read my profile, and understand that "I AM NOT IN THIS WEBSITE FOR DATING", to avoid any discomfort or misunderstanding...

Oh, follow me on twitter!
http://twitter.com/#!/airpricing

I am STILL in a process of rewriting my profile, and reinventing it... so. watch out this space!

(it does mean there were some changes within my own self, that needs to be better reflected in my new profile/description!)

To make my profile more interesting, I added few comments I heard about it (with my notes)

"it is a very interesting reading!?"
yes, the person was very polite

"It is almost like a novel.. you could read a little bit each day"
said another person

"very informative, it helped me a lot to create my profile and start couchsurfing"
you see? Some people enjoy it

"wow it is a long profile, one day I will read it all, but now I have to catch the bus to go to school"
Yep.. rite! Good excuse.. me too

"did you think about writing a blog and linking to your profile? Because it looks like a blog.. ?"
well, that can be an idea, but for the time being, NO.. it will be here as my profile.. one day, perhaps.. now I can?t ?coz I need to catch the bus to go to school, ok?

"oh man, you are kidding you want me to read it all!?!??
(this was one of my couchsurfers)

"I read it all... and went another day to check if what you said is true, but I did not find any new stuff added"
WOW.. that guy is my hero!! (lol)

"Awesome! Its almost like you are 'talking' to the
person!!" - very cool!!!
It is always nice to hear some compliments every now and then...

"Yes, I read it.. I promise to you.. just that I do not remember anything because my memory is very weak.. "
lol.. right.. hmmm I prefer the bus one.. as I am late for the bus..

"...some proof that I read your blog (I mean
your profile)... it's fun that you include CSers'
reactions to your blog inside your blog. I mean, your
profile :)"
this was cool!

"I tried to read your profile, it really took me an effort to do it. Sorry
my friend I could read just 2/3rd of it."
I like his honesty!

Some people told me.. -"Hey, your profile is too long, make it shorter.. people do not read it all" But you know what? I did exactly the opposite to see who are REALLY willing to know me and stay with meâ

PHILOSOPHY

Love... is all you need!

"KAIZEN" - Improve yourself everyday.. be the best you, every single day.. today, better than yesterday.. tomorrow, better than today...

Love!

My glass is always 1/2 full. (or.. even better: according to physics.. it is always full full - of something)

LOVe!

"Do what you what you need to do to be ok being you" (from Maxwell's profile)

LoVE!

"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye" - Little Prince by A. DE SAINT-EXUPÉRY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING Enthusiast
COUCHSURFING Free Hugs Campaign organizer

I still try to volunteer to CS within several workgroups, including NMW, CUQ, and some other working groups or.. whatever they need me to do..

I host/surf/organize events as much as I can.. and also help travellers in London.. or the ones going to Sao Paulo or other places in Brazil (even from distance)...

I try to help organizers to set up meetings and create a strong group by integrating them with their own and other regions/cities/countries.

I Love meeting people, learning about different cultures, experimenting different food...

Each of them brought something to the table... bonding/attachment is an amazing experience and we might never be able to understand or deny the pain of the goodbye...

It is not because you suffer when someone leaves that you will avoid getting close to people, or openning your heart to new friends, or even to special friends that come and go... the world is smaller than we think... we will see each other one day or another...

JUGGLE!

------------------------------------------------
If you like the following information, you can thank my friend William for that!!!

Oyster Card
Get an Oyster Card if you are travelling in London. I think it is the best way. For example single bus fares are £0.90 instead of £2, Tube fares £1-£2 instead of £4.50.

London Underground Running Time:
5am to 12am (midnight)

Airports
Heathrow is by far the easiest to get into London from; just get the tube.

If you're coming from Gatwick, Stansted or Luton, try a bus. www.nationalexpress.com or www.easybus.co.uk do regular services!

You can also go by train to Gatwick These are local trains and cost about £8.

-------------------------------------------

Couchsurf: verb.
1. Changing the way people travel, one couch at a time.
2. Creating a better world, one couch at a time.
3. Promoting acceptance and exchanges, one couch at a time.
4. Creating a smaller place, much smaller, one couch at a time.
5. Generating love and friendship accross the globe, one hug, one couch, one friend at a time.
