About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I Choose to except it: To Learn...Languages, Cultures, Ideas...Myself. Oh yeah, it'll take me a lifetime.

ABOUT ME

Food is my Hobby. It taste goods, looks good and is all around good.
I like Ultimate Frisbee, Football (European), Rugby, Books, writing and Movies.
Yes; I know it's surprising, a guy who likes Rugby and can read. I enjoy it.
I love the beach, the sun, the heat, surfing... Long walks at sunset, unicorns and puppies. (that's all true except for the Unicorns).

PHILOSOPHY

I think the world was meant to be seen through reality and not trough film and television.
I live my life because there is no one else who can live it for me.
I'm happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like people. I love knowing about them, their culture, their life and the differences and similarities between us. I don't have a couch yet, but when I get one it'll be up for grabs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've crashed on the couches of many a friends and have reciprocated that kindness to them as well. The one story that sticks out is when I traveled to London and stayed with a friend. She was studying in an International School of Economics and had a dorm room next to the theater district. After a night of catching up and drinking she allowed me to use her computer to check my e-mail and tell my family I made it to London with no problems. It was about two thirty in the morning and she passed out (alcohol does make people tired). When I realized she was a sleep, I had no pillow, no blanket and no where to sleep but the floor. I didn't want her to wake up and see some guy next to her in the morning and start to freak out, so I put on my jacket, my sweatshirt, three pairs of socks and attempted to sleep on the floor in a cool November night in London. I slept (enough), and when she awoke I was right there to greet her with a good morning. The next night we shared the bed.

Interests

Food, writing, books, movies, people, different types of alcohol, the differences between wines, food, a good conversation, nice people.
