I've been part of couchsurfing since the beginning almost. Had a short hiatus, but I'm back!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, as you can see my couchsurfing experience is extensive. I've been hosted and have hosted many over the last 10+ years.
I love the concept of people being good to each other just because.
That said, we are human beings. We aren't a hostel or hotel or flop house. We want to provide a lovely, safe, fun place for you to stay and we want you to be a respectful guest.

Interests

Enjoying and experiencing new things... music, theatre, beautiful landscapes, dancing... having fun... whatever, we are pretty open minded

Music, Movies, and Books

Carrie and I (Brenda) both love music. Some the same, some different. Anything you can dance to is usually well received. That said, our house is often quiet. That way you can enjoy the wind chimes and little song birds.

Carrie loves action and sci-fi movies. Brenda, more docu-dramas and rom-coms.

Carrie isn't an avid reader, however, Brenda devours books. Anything that is a biography or reads as such. Historical fiction is probably the favourite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Married the love of my life! Went to Hawaii and rode the waves with a sea turtle and accidentally kicked it. He didn't care.

I've done some cool things, but I don't like to brag. I bet you've done some cool things too. Let's get together and share our stories!
