I was born in northern mexico I grew up in Guadalajara, went to school a little in Canada, US and Costa Rica and now I live in Riviera Nayarit. Is a travellers destination by the Ocean Pacific. I do Massage, I have my own Studio and from time to time work with other venues and yoga retreats.

PHILOSOPHY

philpsophy!¿?¿!¿?...... I don´t think I can have just one philosphy and I don´t think is going to be the same one all my life...since I am continusly growing and living and experimenting, feeling, breathing and even eating I realize that I always will have to change because I have to adapt and readapt to every different situation...so in simple words I think a good personal philosphy I have If I have to have just one..would be CHANGE & MOVIMIENTO.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like music a lot, love to get to friends houses and hear their music specially if is different from what I regularly hear. I like music in different languages, world music, old and new... I used to read more when I was younger, I lately read things related to work and school (TCM) but still like to get a good book recommendations to get hooked on it...

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I have a few good stories... I had the Amazing opportunity to work in the Costa Rican rain forest offering Massage at an Ecological Lodge. It was pretty remote, access only by boat in Peninsula de Osa, south pacific. I learn so much from local workmates. One special thing I learn was to make my own coconut oil from scratch!, as a Massage Therapist it was quite amazing to do my own oil for my Massage sessions...
