Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hang out with other surfers, hosting, organize meetup events, whatever.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've recently had a sudden surge in hosting opportunities. My surfing experience is couchsurfing meetups,staying with friends and in hostels.

Interests

Film, photography, art, baking, having fun, hiking, camping, playing Frisbee and traveling.

I'm also now a core member of Troy Bike Rescue (www.troybikerescue.org) and very much into independent media and social change.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like foreign film, books about social theory, novels, poetry.

What I have in my car's CD player right now Modest Mouse, Radiohead, Bjork, T Rex, World Music, Sonic Youth, Johnny Cash and Velvet Underground.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a bit about photography, baking, general kitchen skills, camping, hiking, canoeing, the Adirondacks, oh and some other stuff. I also know a bit about community organizing and non profit fund raising.

My newest skill is I'm a beginner bike technician. Check out our community bike project at www.troybikerescue.org.
