Travel is culture, I want to see the world! Mission is to visit the different places, receiving people who want visit my city, I am very friendly to them as usually they are, too! help exchanging the houses, helping how ever we can.

ABOUT ME

I love life! I love nature! I love flowers! I love new places!
Also am very inquisitive, like to know everything, so love to travel. When I worked as a tour-guide in Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo and NYC, I learned a lot with this job,and traveled stayed in a good hotels, paid by company.In spite of my age I am very active,my mind & fisique must be 40's, get a long very well with young people,Dr.I go only for annual checups and enjoing the traveling,discovering new places. I decided to move to Florida where is no bitter cold and don't snow, in 2008. In the beginning was hard,seemed as people here are not interested in get to know the own city, so I discovered many interesting places by myself, taking all bus routes.I know the city very well by now.
Intend to get to know many other cities, and receiving nice surfers. I love nature, so likr living among trees

PHILOSOPHY

Life is good if know how to live, we must to take advantage while in good health. As an environmentalist, try to do the maxim effort to save our precious planet!
Health is the most important thing we have, without it millions of money is no use.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
After I got to know this wonderful site, I started to travel to places always wanted, but was difficult because of Hotels high prices.
I visited many countries, and received many surfers and made friendship!
I hope will visit many more places, make acquaintances, and keep enjoying the life, which is short.
My goal is to visit all 50 states of the USA. Already visited 3/4 of them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never had this experience before.
In 2007, I went to Asheville, N.C. for the first time, stayed in 3 nice families houses, they were very welcoming to me, and liked the experience.
March of 2008 I received 2 couchers 2 weeks in a row.
I had surfed to many places since became member. First time in E.Europe CSfng, was this Summer 2012, visited Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic,countries in Europe I hadn't visited yet, it was great!

Interests

My interests are very extended, love arts, reading, gardening, making handcrafts,Arts in general,fashion,karaoke,etc.
I like NYC on Summer, there so many things to do, to see, free events.
Also I like to dance, sing, joined a chorus, concerts and many more!

Music, Movies, and Books

All of them.
I discover amusement in old movies that I used to see when was teenager. Thanks to modern technology we can see old movie, music, with wonderful DVD player!
I like classic,pop music,am discovering many songs didn't know before. Love to read but almost don't have time to read book, I have many started, didn't finished. I read English, Portuguese and Japanese papers, and many other readble things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Must be when I went to Rome, at end of the trip, I lost my credit card. Couldn't find any where, I was desperate without knowing anyone. I went to my country Embassy for help, I offered any kind work in exchange for 2 night.A few days later a lady called me,told me to go to a Vatican Nuns Shelter where they give 2 meals and bed. It's very pool, and strict at 9PM have to shut the lights, and have 2 berths each with 2 spaces to sleep. It was hard, one woman snored so loud that I couldn't sleep. But now I can say'"I slept at Vatican".

Brazil, Japan, England, Sapin and USA now.
A litle Italian learned in short course and visited twice.
We learn alaways,also should teach what we know better,try to be friend to environment.
