Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted and I've surfed, but mostly I just go to meetings and I sing CS praises whenever I find someone who is willing to listen.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Several years ago, before I knew of couchsurfing, my neighbors went away and their relative came to stay in their apartment. My neighbors left the keys to their apartment with another neighbor, but when their relative arrived she rang my apartment by mistake. I buzzed her in. (I'll buzz anyone in if they ring my bell.) It was through her that I learned of couchsurfing. You have no idea how glad I am that the doorbell in my apartment building is so confusing. But, don't worry, I'll explain it to you should you come and stay with me.
