Life can be over so quickly, why do people live in a way they hate their life?
Never think you're going to do wonderful things next week or next year, in 10 years...try to realize all now.
You gotta enjoy life, realize opportunities and dont hesitate to try out new things.
If you notice your decision was not the correct one, change your mind and go on - it's never too late!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing is definitively an amazing activity in my opinion, because we push ourselves beyond the limits and see what we're able to achieve when we are 100% committed.
Trekking in the Andes and Himalayas are part of my most remarkable experiences - nature is so amazing, daily issues are so far away, and there will always pop up challenges during trekking. The option "quit" is not available ...

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach yoga and always notice that teachers are also students. Learning never stops - and that's what's so great about it.
