ABOUT ME

I'm entering a new phase of my life. I recently turned 29 which has brought on an overwhelming sensation that something amazing is just around the corner. I've moved around quite a bit in the last 14 years which has given me a preference for change. I'm self educated, love to read and have been vastly interested in culture, language, and diversity for as long as I can remember. My passion gets the best of me at times which brands me as intense but I think if you look deeper you'll find someone that's soft and sweet most all the time. I'm known for speaking my mind with little hesitation which leaves me honest, open, and vulnerable as well as disliked by hyper sensitives. Regardless, I have the best of best intentions towards all people and situations. Hopefully that shines through.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm participating in hopes that as a new member to the San Francisco community as well as someone with lack of relationships here, I am able to get out and about to places I've been longing to see with someone else other than me and me alone. I'm also an aspiring world traveler. I hope to meet new friends that will shelter and show me around when I'm in their neck of the woods.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Love people... but I've encountered too many men that believe couch surfing is going to get them laid. I might be flirtatious and REAL but please don't mistake it for anything more than friendship and connection.
I've stopped hosting because of this issue, and am sad to say men disappoint in this arena in every aspect as of late... even when they say friendship is what they are looking for. I don't have the patience to tell you I'm not interested. You will know... and please don't contact me trying to set up a date or anything you wish to be romantic. Intimacy, romance, connection, and attraction are all things that will be there if they are a natural occurrence.
wow... angry much?? I'm not as jaded as I once was when I wrote this, but I still feel it's important for me to have it on my page.
