ABOUT ME

I live in Los Angeles, but am eternally trying to move back to Texas, Austin most preferably. My short career has been journey in exploration of the ubiquitous idea of Hollywood. Really, the industry is far smaller you would think. In truth, I've learned that life is for living, not for making money and becoming famous. So, I am passionately devoted to the idea of sharing life's experiences through the wonder of filmic story-telling, but moreover, I'm committed to living. I will not be consumed by the monstrous machine that is success. This is no small task in the land of red carpets and yellow brick mausoleums. I strive for a strong relationship with my God and embrace the beliefs of others. Who am I to question exisptence and condemn someone else's faith? Instead, I believe that we all have our own way of finding God. I am a Texan by heart and heritage, an American by democratic allegiance, but most of all, by birth, I am a Human. We are one race and have one life to live. We should all strive to get the most we can out of that life and leave it better and more unified than when we came into it. I love Baseball, the Beach, and such things as Hope, Love, Joy, and Peace. Being Sad from time to time is also good.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent 96 days couchsurfing out of my motorcycle in Los Angeles last summer. It was a sort of experiment in homelessness. Now I live in an apartment in LA and am enjoying hosting travellers. I have a couch with my name on it in Austin where I try to reside as much as my unusual schedule allows.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Retired at the age of 24 with no money. I grew a beard. Climbed a glacier in Switzerland. Bought a motorcycle...then learned how to ride it. Learned to sail. Shot myself in the eye with a Champagne cork. I brew beer. I am legally allowed. There is a wanted-sign style picture at the 20th Century Fox movie studio banning me from entering. I've only been to Disneyland in Paris. I once took a spontaneous road trip to visit a friend 20 hours away and didn't tell him I was coming. When I got there I walked in and offered him a beer. I made business cards when I was 13 that said 'will do anything for a price.' I will not do anything for a price. That's enough for now.
