ABOUT ME

I am a journalist, teacher, and documentary film maker. I enjoy being honest, sarcastic, being silly, discussing politics, economics, and sociology theories, making people laugh.

I am of mixed heritage. Filipino-American, which I was raised as, and Italian American. I am first an American but I take pride in having some knowledge, even though it is small about my ancestry. Here are two traditional dances from the Philippines where my mother is from and Sicily, where my great grandfather is from.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Hosted and surfed. I plan to meet more surfers for coffee or showing them around from my lovely city of Chicago with my partner.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE In these times, it can be difficult to believe there are good people in this world. Couchsurfing is a reminder that there are in fact good people walking amongst us everyday. CS will save your life! When you cannot travel let the world come to you as they say.
