About Me

CURRENT MISSION

...to get to meet people as they really are, and to see the world as it actually is....a beautiful world with beautiful people.

ABOUT ME

Am a second generation army officer, have 2 daughters, married and settled in San Francisco and Calgary respectively. Visit them every year in the summers. Always try and break journey in London to attend my school re-union lunch held on the last Saturday of June, and then venture into the countryside to meet my Couchsurfing friends. Now, one of them has moved from Calgary to Sydney.....so I'm headed there in winters....
Love reading varied authors....Too many to name, but have been catching up on Tagore, Buddhism, Military Histories and biographies, Vikram Seth, also Coonts, Patterson, Ludlum, Daniel Silva and the like.....found a love for Opera....attended in Vienna and London recently....

PHILOSOPHY

Being Happy is about 3 things:
....Something to do...
....Someone to Love...
....And something to look forward to....
