About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to become an ambassador of where ever I am at and hopefully take over the WORLD!!!! Muahahahah

ABOUT ME

what can I say... I like meeting new people and making new friends. Any place that I have lived, by the months end I know almost everyone around me. Now I have found Couch Surfing, I would like to do that on a global scale. One of my greatest traits is that I can welcome anybody into my life to make them friend. Hopefully soon I will be able to go couch surfing around Europe and Australia, but until then I hope that many of you will decide to come to Charleston to see a really awesome United States city.

I also have to say that I am a huge Trance/House/electronic listener. My friend The Greek Perk aka Dj Pericles has taught me the art of the turn tables, an art that I am still learning. I hope that when I am couch surfing in Europe that I will be able to see some awesome Djs like Tiesto, Paul Van Dyke, Amir Van Burren, Darude, and all those other awesome djs out there.

I have a double science degree in both Marine Biology and Geology from the College of Charleston. Becoming a Geologist has made me somewhat of a hippy, but what can I say but I feel that I am a better person because of it.

I now work up in Alexandria at a company called CARIS. Which is a global Geomatics software company that has clients (governments and private companies) all over the world. I work in the sales and in customer support and training department and the academic liaison... a jack of many trades. I travel all over the world to show clients how to use the software correctly to suite their needs.

PHILOSOPHY

that everyday is a new day... after you relize that all you can do is make the best of it and enjoy the ride

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to participate as an ambassador to where ever I am currently living... city, country, planet!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted my first couch surfers in 2008, and the experience was GREAT! Both they and I had a great time. Since that time I have traveled all over the US and have surfed on some amazing couches and have never had a bad experience. I have hosted many people since that first night and hope to have many many more.

Interests

I have 3 main passions in my life:

As a marine biologist I love Sea turtles. I have been working with sea turtles since I was 6 years old and has been a passion of mine since I was a young boy.

As a Geologist I love Rocks. I know that sounds nerdy and geeky, but nerdy and geeky are what I am. I have a huge shell, fossil, and rock collection.

As a DJ I love Music! I love all kinds of music and love learning of new types that I never knew existed before. My style of muic however is Trance/Sonic/Vocal/Drum and Bass techno. I really cant get enough of it.
