ABOUT ME

I just settled in Shanghai, China, where I now work. Before moving here, I lived and worked in Indonesia. I was born in Brazil, but my home base is in the US, where I used to work as a bilingual teacher in the city of San José, CA. I am overall an easy-going person who loves meeting new people over a cup of coffee and learning about new cultures.

When you travel you learn to rely on the goodwill of locals. I try to make this my philosophy. Being a couchsurfer is my way of contributing to the cause.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help anyone with English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I would love to learn other languages. I like cooking (as a hobby) and learning how to cook new foods. I am also into traveling, hiking, drinking coffee and swimming.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can be good company, chat, and also hear stories. I am interested in exchanging information, experiences, and stories with people. Everyone is fascinating in their own way. I can also appreciate silence when needed and appropriate.
