About Me

CURRENT MISSION

study, run, love

ABOUT ME

I enjoy meeting people and learning things I didn't know before.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is so beautiful. We all have our own laws of beauty - we can't explain them, but we can try to live according to them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couchsurfed a few times and hosted one and I attend CS meetings on a non-regular basis.
I would be happy to meet other Couchsurfers and will try to surf from time to time (no hosting right now I'm afraid, my flatmate doesn't want this).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Back in 2007 and 2008 I have surfed a couch and met a few Couchsurfers in England and Germany and had a great time with each of them.

Since then I kind of forgot about CS, but now I am back and will become more involved again - promise :).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In summer of 2007 I was run over by a car. It was no happy experience, but a very powerful one.

Another amazing experience I had was running a marathon for my 18th birthday; a fantastic feeling, being cheered at by so many strangers and experiencing the limits of your own body.. I stopped running for the following seven years, but rediscovered it in the end of 2013. Now I run almost every day and love to compete in distances from 5 km to ultramarathons.

Teach, Learn, Share

The world's really fascinating. There's so much to learn and do, it's a little hard to decide what you want to know..

I feel like I am not an expert at anything (yet?), but you will always teach and learn when you interact and share. So i try to stay open-minded.

One of my roommates said I can teach how to chill and not worry about too many things. Life is simple if you want it to be.

Ah, and I want to learn paragliding!
