ABOUT ME

I grew up in North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Nevada - three very different places. I spent two years in France between a year in high school abroad and during college. I've been living in San Francisco since 2012.

I love cycling, my plants, coffee, Spotify, dogs, exploring all the regions of Northern California, hiking, movies with unhappy endings, synthesizers, dessert, drinking Manhattans, photography, and going to bed early.

Unfortunately, I rarely host now that I live with my partner in a small one-bedroom apartment in the Corona Heights neighborhood. I made some great friendships hosting and surfing from 2007-2013 when I was more active in the CS community. With that said, I enjoy being an SF tour guide for visitors when time allows, so feel free to reach out if you're coming to town.

I've had some very memorable experiences with people I've met through CS. This site has changed my perspective on travel and has given me the opportunity to make friends the world over.
