ABOUT ME

Fabian and I both graduated from Uni in 2012. Afterwards we started a trip with stops in Istanbul, throughout India, Beijing, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia. Then Fbaian began working and I continued to London (Volunteer at the Olympic Games) and Greece (hiking guide for tourists).
Afterwards I went on to study Sportmanagement in a Masters-Program and Fabian began working. Little did we know that 2013 would be even more exciting - it would be the birth year of our first born daughter.

Today I work for the University in the department of Sport Management as a research fellow and phd student and Fabian works for the "Energie Foren Leipzig" as a consultant on lots of things to do with the current market situation and energy (or something like that).
October 2016 was another memorable month for us: our second daughter was born. So now we have two happy and beautiful girls who surprise us every day anew and look forward to showing themunique places in our world.

We love travelling and meeting new people. Also, we love to cook and are quite active (we have a strong passion for sports). Any kind of holiday (be it a city-trip, a culture or cullinary trip or hiking/canoeing in the wilderness...) is welcome. We have lived together in Leipzig for close to 9 years and love this city. We enjoy showing off this beautiful eastern German city and welcome anyone in our humble home. ;) For more information: come visit us!

In summer of 2017 we plan to be travelling in and through Italy for 2 months... if you have any suggestions (such as a house for four in southern Italy) please contact us!! ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfing and hosting can both be fun and rewarding. I enjoy showing my city to foreigners and also learning about new places and people. Cannot yet decide which I like better... :)
