Helping to heal and harmonize Mother Earth and all life forms.

I am hosting transformative and life- changing retreats in the sacred mountains of Peru and Machu Picchu.

We offer classical yoga, meditation, excursions to the Sacred powerplaces, ceremonies in Mother Nature, inner journeys, healing sessions, visits to sacred sites. A growing international community with respect for Mother Earth and All Life.

I am a mother to my wonderful son Tuhin who is 17 years old. He is a peaceful and kind being who I'm very lucky to be the mother to.
We live in the Sacred Valley in Peru and in Machu Picchu, a very places on earth which we are so grateful to be in!

We learn so much for the indigenous people there. Their main values are respect and kindness.
We have and teach
Respect for nature, the mountains and culture.

I like to share my skills with the world through Spiritual healing sessions, thetahealing, meditations, yogaclasses, landhealing work and more!

I have been practitioner of classical yoga & meditation over 24 years and been teaching in Peru, Canada, Norway and the UK.

In 2014 I started the charity Mother Earth ( in Norway), a charity where we are are creating a conscious community with respect for all of life.

We wish to buy land in the Sacred Valley in Peru and make this a community land.

With our couch surfing hosts, we can share special meditations, yoga, healing...stories from Peru, wisdom and more!

Maybe we can meditate together in the mornings, I can show you some basic asanas and be happy to cook a lovely vegan meal or help with cleaning too :)

We eat a vegan, sattvic diet and we do not smoke to drink any alcohol.

I have a daily practice of yoga and meditation in the mornings.

Do not need much space for this. And many times we bring sleeping bags with us when
Traveling.
I also meditate evening time.

In the mornings I prefer to not talk much and rather be quiet. Thanks

I am also quite busy with the projects I am part of so even while traveling, I sometimes need to work online to keep things going!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am in this because I think it is a wonderful project.

this gives us all the opportunity to meet nice people in various parts of the world, exchange cultures, knowledge and skills and help each other with a lace to stay.

Many friendships start this way.

I am still friends with some of the first people I met through couchsurfing several years back!

Very grateful for all the exchanges! Helping each other, sharing the world, sharing travels, opening the homes ! Kindness!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can make you a wonderful , vegan sattvik raw or cooked meal. I can teach you how to make the simplest, raw chocolate that takes only 5 minutes and it is seriously yummy... I can teach you som yoga asanas, meditation,
andI can do healing session on you ~ cordcutting session or thetahealing.
In addition, if I have time, I can help you clear your space energetically ~ removing negative energies and transforming into light via ancient techniques. I am trained and qualified and the work happens via guided mediation and ceremony. More to be shared if it will happen.

We also have many stories to share about our travels and life philosophy....

We will clean after ourselves and do our best to be respectful guests!
