quiet but with moments of craziness.artistic.imaginative.strong but very emotional.dreamy.impatient.a total procrastinator.a loner but also friendly and chatty.moody.deep.thoughtful.unique.not good with jokes but with witty remarks instead.lazy.perceptive.veeeery random and a bit surreal etc.I can be either of two totally contradicting things depending on my mood and the circumstances. I'm a Gemini after all.hehe And a Leo inside.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm an optimist.Not the sunny,smily optimist but the one who has faith in life. I can get very pessimistic from time to time but it doesn't last long.
I believe that what is meant to happen WILL happen, it's destiny. I also believe that everything in life happens for a reason. Sometimes we can't understand the reason because it is bigger than us, sometimes we discover the reason later on.I also believe that life makes circles and so does history in a way.

Apart from that, another motto of mine is "He who masters himself masters the Universe".This means that everything begins with and in us. If you want to bring change then first change yourself. If you want to have a healthy and complete relationship first you'll have to discover yourself and realise that you are whole.

Music, Movies, and Books

i LOVE movies,period.I plead guilty of knowing all these random information about movies,directors,actors.I find it intensely interesting to analyse and talk over films.I prefer horror movies,romantic comedies,book/comics adaptations,fantasy,dramas and movies of other eras or historical ones.
Last movie i watched: Grizzly Man
Same goes for tv series.
Favourites: Charmed,The OC,Prison Break,Heroes, Sex and the City, Supernatural, The Tudors,Buffy the vampire slayer,Grey's Anatomy,Bones,Roswell,Desperate Housewives,House, Legend of the Seeker, The Vampire Diaries, True blood and more.

I always loved books!I think that i should thank my mom for reading too much to me when i was little. I always remember myself with a book. I guess it appeals to my dreamy and easily distracted nature. I find it amazing to get lost in other worlds and experience the lives of the characters. Favourites: African Diary, Outlander series, The Zahir, A cloud of sparrows, Wicca/Sweep Series, The Tapestry of Fionavar trilogy,Wuthering Heights etc
Reading: The Celtic Twilight by Yeats

Music: You'll find that i am very open-minded about music!I like almost everything and i enjoy variety and always listening to something different. So i listen to pop,dance,rock,alternative,country,latin,blues,celtic etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

.Swam in the freezing Atlantic,
.saw the sunset at the Upper Lake in Glendalough in all its tragic beauty.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love this aspect of CouchSurfing. It's not only about travelling but also teaching,learning and sharing skills and experiences. I like and can place myself both in the role of the teacher and the student. Obviously i could teach you basic greek
.I am good at having long conversations about almost anything(be it movies,human relationships or philosophy). If you like cooking my friends or family(who are more skilled in it) would be delighted to share a couple of greek recipes. If you are into esoteric studies we can talk about religions or i could teach you about shamanism, how to journey within.

There are many things i know and which you can discover.And of course there are so many things that i could learn from all of you!:D
