About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet a full cross-section of the world.

ABOUT ME

Jim:
I lived in the same small town and the same house until I graduated college. Since then, I've lived in seven cities in four states. I also love to travel when I can.

My first trip out of the country was a short cruise to the Bahamas when I was 18. That's all it took to give me the bug. While I still consider myself to be somewhat of a novice traveller, I have had the opportunity to see some places in Europe and Mexico over the years.

My friend, Greg is a great travel partner and we both love to meet people from all over the world. The first trip clinched it and now, we do foreign travel on odd years and domestic (US) on even years when we're able.

In combination, we like to hosts friends we have met online and in our few trips. The friendships have been the greatest reward of travel.

Greg:
TO BE ADDED

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

First visit to Venice.....it's my favorite city in the world.
Grand Canyon is AMAZING!
Hiking in Kings Canyon - Sequoia National Park on a white Christmas was fantastic.

Teach, Learn, Share

One of my favorite things to do when travelling is to pack my oldest underwear that are down to their last wearing and throw them out along the way. It's a great way to gain a bit of extra space in my luggage. I also donate older wearable clothes to churches and charities in this way.
