ABOUT ME

I'm a grad student in neuroscience at Tufts University. I study how the brain processes language, particularly emotional and social factors in language.

I do social/political activism (on issues of social and economic justice, class, race, gender, sexual orientation, anti-imperialism, environment, et cetera).

I'm a big music fan and go to local shows when I have time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live with three roommates who aren't as into CS as me and my landlord (who lives beneath us) doesn't like people staying over too much. So my hosting ability is a bit limited. I'd love to be able to host more and hopefully will be able to in the future depending on living arrangements.

I try to contribute in other ways: financially, showing people around the city, etc. If you're looking for someone to have a drink with, go to a show with, or whatever, send me a message.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed in U.S. and Canadian cities and they've all been great experiences. I've also been active in the local CS community since moving to Boston and have had a great time with fellow Boston CSers and visitors.
