About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Use my legal skills to help startups at home and in Africa

ABOUT ME

"I'm coming home, I'm coming home, tell the world, I'm coming home!".

Music wise i love great beats and great lyrics. Food wise the spicier the better. People wise, everybody has a story that interests me. I take risks, like meeting strangers through websites and letting them stay in my home, whateva. Just want a fair exchange--be neat and offer some of your strongest brew.

I'm a free spirit and a giver, but often short on time so appreciate those who jump in right away.

PHILOSOPHY

I'll try almost anything once, almost. No real philosophy except that if I stand behind something I mean it, and if you're a friend I'll be there for you!

In sum, I try to be honest, give people a chance to prove who they really are.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed and hosted. I prefer CS over hotels because I've had such rich and full experiences from surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So....my first couchsurfing experiencing was hosting a great fella from France/Guadaloupe; he was so cool and he easily mixed it up with my friends; I also met with amazing Brazilians who took me to the less visited parts of town and later had a Dutch CSer who introduced me boat parties on the waters of Amsterdam. Since then I've met many of you and it's been wonderful. I'm hosted Koreans, French, Dutch, Malaysians, Italians, British, Indians, Americans.

Interests

Languages--I speak a bit of a few languages, but I talk most trash in English. I'm studying Mandarin, Chinese, 所以, 你可以写汉字或者给我发短信我因该明白。
International Politics.

Music-- such a big part of my life, its in my head. I have a soundtrack to my life, maybe you can add a line.
Dancing-I've taken pictures and videos of myself dancing on many wonderful sites or events all over the world, including at the Uffizi in Florence, the Great Wall in China, the old wall in Berlin....

Music, Movies, and Books

Ronin, K'naan the dusty foot philosopher, Shantaram, The Polished Hoe, the Racial Contract, Distinguished Gentleman, Twilight (i know).

Music is a mix but genres are limited to dancehall, alternative, hiplife/naija pop, grime and lately dubstep.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I fell in love while traveling Asia, including Thailand's spirit, Cambodia's food, Vietnam's beaches, Singapore's sterility, Malaysia's diversity, and Myanmar's secrets.

Was in love once, for weeks on end, and didn't much sleep or eat.

Met the queen of England, and she wears a hot high hat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you a few moves to make you very comfortable on the dance floor. Snowboard much? I can help with the basics. Freestyle? I can get you ready for a cameo on the next Eminem movie. And I love to cook so sharing my meal is a my show of gratitude or affection, a welcoming into my life, however brief.
