ABOUT ME

I love sharing adventures with wonderful people. In many cases these adventures are well off the beaten path. I continue to travel extensively both nationally and abroad.

Work:
6+ years ago I combined my career with my love of helping others and traveling. A few colleagues and I started a charity to help extraordinary people. People that have dedicated their lives to solving problems dealing with human rights, environmental devastation, community development, medical aid, and education.

We focus on the unsung heroes. Groups of individuals that are unable to fully achieve their mission due to a lack of public awareness and inadequate funding.

In 2014 our focus will continue to be helping provide medial aid to people in the Peruvian Amazon.

Sports:
I am a former national team member in kayaking. I am still pushing to further my skills and experiences in sports; but competition is no longer my driving motivator. During the last few years I've hiked and kayaked throughout: Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, and Germany.

PHILOSOPHY

Mantra; I continue to try to be true to the dreams of my youth.
