ABOUT ME

Basically, I'm a 29-year old living in Krakow (and loving every tiny bit of the city!), with lots of travel plans and little time, trying to squeeze it all in the few weeks of holidays I have. It's never enough time, no matter if holidays mean 2 weeks or 4 months ;)

PHILOSOPHY

I'm far too young to have decided on any philosophy, but I'll let you know when I find one :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the last couple of years it all came down only to meetings&surfing, but I'm planning to change it very soon now. If my schedule doesn't allow me to meet, I'm trying to be helpful by giving information about the city etc. I've surfed a couple of times, and when I do surf, I try my best to be a nice, non-smoking guest (seriously! ;) )

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed couches in Spain, Belgium, France, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, England, United States and Canada. Had only great experiences.
Met Italians, a Dane, a Canadian, an Ecuadorian and a Swiss guy in Krakow and will gladly get to know other CSers when they come here.

Intereses

Books, music - both making and listening to, films, skiing, swimming, kitesurfing, hiking, yoga, scuba diving, pilates, tennis, dancing, medicine, strawberries, breakfasts, mango juice or maybe anything mango, cooking and baking for others and with others, decorating whatever it is that I've baked, weekend get-aways and long backpacking adventures, randomly meeting interesting people, having long chats on various stuff with anyone willing to, drawing my unique but truly ugly flowers on every possible flat paper surface I find, daydreaming, walking the streets in pure admiration of the world...

Música, películas y libros

Music:See, it's pretty hard to say. You know the kind of people who listen to a whole lot of random stuff just because they like the sound, knowing it might not exactly be a great song and not caring about the genre/musician? Well, that's me. I've never been a devoted fan of one genre or artist, so the list of my favorites is quite long, to say the least. It all started with classical music, and so it goes through jazz music, blues, rock music, modern stuff, weird stuff, tacky stuff, embarrassing stuff, ambitious stuff, well-known stuff, you name it :)Lately been listening to: The XX; Charlie Winston;
Movies: Truth is, I'm not very picky :) There are times when I definitely prefer watching sth more meaningful, but sometimes there are also those silly days when only a not very demanding comedy will do.I just can't bear the very thought of watching "American Pie" or "Scary Movie", etc. I'm not exactly enthusiastic about horrors either. Recently seen: "Whiplash"
Books: Again, it would be hard for me to decide on one book, or one author, but I love reading in general. Currently reading: "Slow man" by J.M. Coetzee

Teach: I'll be glad to share any of my superpowers with you ;) And seriously - if you find anything worthwhile in my list of interests, just let me know when we meet!

Learn: If there'll be anything you want to teach me, I'd be thrilled to learn. Learning new languages, dances, recipes etc. always sounds like fun. Tennis tips would be most appreciated at the moment ;)
