I moved from the USA to Mexico in December 2022. The main reason I moved is to spend lots of hours practicing Vipassana meditation by myself. I chose to move to Mexico because a Mexican friend I met while volunteering at a Vipassana meditation center recommended that I move here.

To meet interesting people and share new experiences.

My first CouchSurfing experience I stayed with a family of four from India in California. The family gave some yoga lessons to me and the other house guests, a family of four from Austria.

I love to cook. I've learned most of my cooking skills from volunteering at meditation centers.

I can teach some guitar playing and tune your guitar.

I can teach some of the basics of the Alexander Technique, which has really helped my posture. Tips on how to make sitting meditation more comfortable (tip #1 sit barefoot so your feet don't fall asleep; socks can really decrease circulation).
