ABOUT ME

I am a dual PhD/DVM at OSU. I love traveling, but unfortunately my student schedule it doesn't allow much free time. I am very active, currently training for endurance races (running, biking, kayaking, swimming, etc.). I enjoy backpacking, camping, reading, and couchsurfing, of course.

UPDATE!!!!: We had our first couch-surfer come through tiny Stillwater, OK. Good times! Makes me love couchsurfing.com even more. I offer our house to anyone who wants to come. We often have large groups over for dinners and parties. We love meeting new people and hanging out with old friends!!

Interests

I'm interested in veterinary medicine, animals, anything outdoors (i.e. camping, biking, backpacking, fishing), SCUBA diving, meeting new people, drinking, all sports, and anything else that is competitive or can be made into a competition.

Books: Clockwork Orange, Catch 22, Catcher in the Rye, The Great Divorce, Slaughterhouse 5, anything Kurt Vonnegut. I like to go back and read books that were once banned from libraries, etc. There is usually an important message that someone didn't want you to think about. Enlighten yourself...
