About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Buy a bus, turn into a tiny home, drive it to Patagonia.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in San Antonio, left for a while and moved back for work. I live in Southtown near the River Walk and San Pedro Creek in the Lone Star neighborhood with my wife, Heather, and dog, Finley.

PHILOSOPHY

"The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun."

Chris Alexander "Supertramp" McCandless

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It started out as a cheap way to see the world, make friends, and have unique experiences. I've been active in local CS communities everywhere I've lived. I've surfed all over the world, made friends, and picked up a language along the way. I sort of lost interest in couchsurfing so I'm not too active in the community these days. However, you can always send me a message and I'll help out when possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had some amazing couchsurfing experiences and have had the opportunity to meet a lot of really cool people. I met some great friends surfing the couches of Europe and had the privilege to meet some truly amazing people while surfing in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Mexico.
