ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going, vibrant and creative person. I love people; learning from them, chatting to them, laughing with them. I guess I am a bit of a firy redhead, I seem to love bouncing around the world and experiencing what it is to be alive. I'm fascinated by nature and how we roll around within it, and am excited about toddling along my little path and seeing what I come accross.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I found couchsurfing when I was in Australia and was determined not to stay in any hostels; I absolutely loved it because it was a great way to meet locals, push your confidence, and meet incredible like-minded people at every step of your journey.

listening to music and marvelling over words, sounds, and what they do to me.... writing stories, and poems...mmm more words jibbering rubbish at people....dancing,laughing, singing, crying,playing the guitar...
good good stuff or people that can be engaging, or engage with me.
The enviroment, goood food, laughing meditation, philosophising over life, psychology, trundling over hills and running in fields, painting...creating...being.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

The snowy peaks of the Himalayas on a 3 week trek...then again when I hitchiked through them ...the incredbly green hills of Vietnam on a motorbike for 3 weeks, painting under a waterfall in India, dancing all day and night at a festival in the Australian outback whilst taking breaks to swim in the creek, doing active meditation with an incredible laughing guru, sleeping rough in Spain for a month, cycling alone around Norfolk and Suffolk big big skies!... oh so much beauty
