ABOUT ME

I love traveling, and hope to do more of it during my stay in Berlin. I like meeting new people and can get along with just about anyone. Im laid back, perhaps a bit lazy and very easy going. I love sleeping almost as much as i love running. :)

I also really love animals, and am hoping to get my masters in Biology to help with animal conservation. I have a big Rottweiler at home Isabella (izzy) and 5 kitties...let alone..some horses, fish, 3 more dogs, and 8 more cats that live with my parents. :) its a almost a certified zoo.

PHILOSOPHY

I dont think I really have a personal philosophy yet. But right now, its pretty much I try to do things, and if they work out great, and if not...try something else.

Well, Im new to the community but I would definently like to become more involved. I would love to get out there, and go to meetings, and just meet and hang out with all the cool people that seem to be on here!

Running..im trying to start back up, after a very long time of being non committed. I love the Beatles, and anything and everything to do with them. I really enjoying walking in parks, and on trails and the sort. I also like Horse-back riding (anyone know of a place to go?). And of course learning about different cultures and places.

The Beatles..of course, Ive recently discovered Pink Floyd and Radiohead. :) I love 70s music and 50s.. and of course anything from today.

I like most books, currently trying to get through Atlas Shrugged..and eventually Pride and Prejudice is on my list. I hope to read some German books, to help my German, and for the experience.

Movies: I love movies. pretty much i will watch anything and everything. Not a huge fan of war movies (because they are always so sad).

Well, I guess this one is a bit personal, but my grandmother (on my moms side) died when my mother was 15, so I never got to meet her. She grew up in Jumet Belgium, and a few years back we got to go there. We decided to go to church one evening (we almost missed it..the church bells were ringing). And I guess you could call it one of God's miracles (and I dont consider myself too Religious), but standing in the back of the church were some Older women. My mom went to talk to them, and they ended up being a year younger than my grandmother, and remembered her. We got to hear some stories of my grandmother growing up. It was nice to get to know her a little bit.

I think the only thing I could teach would be English, or Piano. Ive played piano since i was about 5 or 6. I do not however have one in Berlin with me. :(

I would gladly trade some piano lessons for perhaps dinner...since im not much on cooking. :)

ooo but learning how to cook, maybe should be something I get into.
