My passion is taking pictures and videos. I found the way to transform my interest in people, relationships, emotions into a solid form of a photo print or a short film. I am a vegan and would love to live a simple, off-grid, minimalistic as much as possible. My friends and I are creating a vegan tiny house community on the Big Island, but as we do I'm renting a house on a huge property north of Hilo, solo parent my children and teach preschool.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couch Surfing played a huge role in my life years ago, then I took a long break from active travelling and now I can host and travel again!
I met so many wonderful people and good friends here, I learned a lot and I traveled the most interesting way!
It's the way to learn the culture, the place, attractions, and hidden local places.

The most recent would be growing a human inside my body and bringing him into the world, watching as he grows.
I hitchhiked through China without really knowing the language.
Learned a new language from 0 to fluent in a year.

I can show you around if schedule permits, give advice on places to visit. I can teach Russian, sing and play some Russian songs. Cook vegan and raw vegan food.
I want to learn about other cultures, biodynamic gardening and farming, building tiny houses.
