ABOUT ME

I am an open minded person who loves to meet new people and create new experiences. I am a 4th grade teacher and roller derby girl. As a former Army brat, I grew up traveling and want to continue adding to my list of travels.
I have a new found love for furniture DIY projects . . . Just need to invest in more tools. I love Indian food, sweet drinks, warm weather, the color maroon, sunglasses, elephants, hearty laughs, and smiles.

PHILOSOPHY

The teacher in me cannot resist a few Dr. Seuss quotes:

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only hosted on a few occasions while living in South Korea. I have heard many positive stories from friends involved with CS and decided that I would like to become part of it too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking the trails of Cinque Terre, Italy. The impact teachers can have on their students. . . . I just love it when that lightbulb blinks on.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have many learning interests: cooking, water sports, languages, crochet, ceramics . . . I would most likely be intrigued to learn what you have to share.

I can teach you how to: cook carbonara, a basic crochet stitch, how to hit like a derby girl, and whatever else may possibly come up.
