I'm authentic, friendly, open minded, kind hearted and sincere and I like to help others people.
I'm always looking for tools to be happier and in good health naturally and like to share what I discovered with everyone to improve their own life.
And as all couchsurfing members I like to travel and discover a lot of countries in my life and share with people from all over the world our different life experiences.
I would like to improve the quality of life on earth even if it is just by giving a smile each day to a person who needs it.

Do to others what you want them to do for you : so be kind, friendly, honest with people if you want them to be so with you.
I'm also on the big quest for wisdom and am a lifelonglearner.

Interests

I like practicing mind-body technics like yoga, breathing methods, meditation ,Qi gong, etc ... Other interests : reading, learning new languages, photography, biking, hiking, movies.
And I'm very fond of cats (I have two at my home) and for me they're very special creatures. But I do like almost every animal.

I like to read books about natural health and discover all the secrets to be healthier, happier and younger !
Music that I like is New Age music calm and relaxing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During these last years I've been to Central and South America : Mexico, Panama, Peru, Brazil, Ecuador and I really enjoyed these countries and their friendly inhabitants.
