ABOUT ME

I try to be always polite and kind toward the others, even when life gives me lemons... and seeing how the world spins, you must admit that it's a pretty hard stunt. Although growing up in a small town I'm always in to talk with people coming from elsewhere.
Picked up running at an old age founding it relaxing, and from short legs on the street I live in I ended up running ultramarathons.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was introduced to CS by my sister, and since then I've met many nice people thorugh. Like everything on the tumbling stone that's our planet, it has its flaws, but I can say that so far it has been a nice ride.

Interests

I'm doing my best to have has much fun as possible in the short ride that's our life, and in the meanwhile I try to learn what I can from the others.
I enjoy talking with people with different backgrounds and with different points of view, so I can try to walk in their shoes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I kinda listen to everything, but recently I fell in love with Johnny Cash and Social Distortions. As for reading I'm a book worm, with Heinlein's Starship Troopers, Orwell's 1984 and Pressfield's Gates of Fire on top of my list, but I keep alwys looking for new things.... if you have advice....
I don't spend much time watching tv, but South Park, The Simpson and Scrubs have always cracked me a smile; but a film that is a MUST is "lord of war"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ran a 100km run ("100km del passatore") and finished it in 13h30'26".. and I was still able to walk right after.... and now I'm training for the Marathon des Sables

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't know what I can teach but I'll try however, I'm glad to learn anything and share whai I can... from a bottle of water in a hot summer day to a sweater in a cold foggy day, and so on...
