Funny, outgoing, and always up for an adventure. I love being around people am always fascinated by the stories they have to share. Traveling is my biggest passion by far--the thrill of waking up in a new city and getting to explore is intoxicating, and I've met so many wonderful, sweet people along the way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After a series of unsatisying hostel experiences in Australia, I couch surfed in Melbourne for the last three nights of my trip and LOVED it. I'm really excited to start housing people at my place in New York and giving back to the community :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My single (but so memorable) couch surfing experience in Melbourne has fueled a desire to start housing others at my place, and eventually save up enough money to couch surf the world for a year!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

As far as music goes, I'm a rock boy at heart (Citizen Cope, Oasis, Chevelle, Deftones, Our Lady Peace, etc), but also dig the mellow stuff (Nick Drake, Jack Johnson, Think of England) and even girls with guitars (Alanis Morissette, The Cranberries).

My taste in movies is largely comedy based (Blazing Saddles, Election, The South Park Movie), but I also enjoy some more dramatic movies (187, Maria Full of Grace).

Chelsea Handler is probably one of the funnier authors I've read lately, but A Lesson Before Dying and Catcher In The Rye are also up there as favorites.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hiking up Grosse Mountain in Vancouver, bungee jumping in Auckland, going to a rock show in Montreal and ending up partying with my favorite singer of all time until 5 in the morning.
