ABOUT ME

I live in Brooklyn. I have been in New York for three years, and was born and raised in Paris, France. I love travelling and would very much like to go and discover some more new places. I'm studying Cinema and Anthropology which are two things I am very interested in and passionate about.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't have any motto, my philosophy resides in the fact I beleive I'll end up doing what's best for me. I think that if I study what I love, I'll end up finding an occupation that suits me well, and I therefore try not to worry about the future, taking one step at time, and making it as agreable as it can get, knowing the next one will probably follow likewise.. (and try to extend these thoughts to the other areas of life too)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed for the first time seven years ago and have been couchsurfing eversince. It has been a terrific experience! I very much enjoy the opportunity to meet people, the interaction and the exchange.

Interests

I am very interested in movies, love watching them but also using my camera (I've co-directed two short movies and hope there are more to come). Apart from that, I am very fond of travelling, and have had the opportunity to travel a lot around the globe, and hope it won't stop!
Also, well, I would say I love reading, and going to the theatre, and pretty much anything that concerns music -that would be listening/watching/playing, and concerning any types.
I am also interested in always finding new interests, that's the funnest part!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a lot of trouble picking "favorites", but there are definetly many movies and books that carry a special meaning for me.. off the top of my head, I can't really pick right now, I'll give it a thought (and complete this later).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on the top of a mountain in China, and the fog was so thick I couldn't see anything a few steps around me.. that would be the most amazing thing I've seen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I haven't acquired that many skills yet.. I guess I could help with vocabulary? (French and English, I'm bilingual)..
Cooking to! I love to cook! Especially pastries and desserts, but I can do main courses too.
And my city, I think I know it pretty well, and can share my knowledge of it..
- as for learning, I'm pretty much interested in anything!
