Seeking to meet new people and expand my circle of friends worldwide. I am a self motivated avid traveler who feels at best exploring the world.

ABOUT ME

I am hosting very few people unless you are from a country that i have not met someone from before then i may be able to host you. I want to be fair to everyone and host as many people from as many nations as i can so right now i will not take any request from Canada or France. Due to a foot injury i also cannot show you around so know that before you request me i only want to host independant travellers this means that you will do the sightseeing by yourself or with others so let me know you are fine with this when you request me.

Couchsurfing is a fantastic idea to bring people together and share culture and the desire to explore. I have been traveling internationally since I was fresh out of high school at the tender age of 17. Each year I target visiting a new country for my birthday and 3 to 5 cities during the year. I enjoy to travel as often as possible and consider myself a flight risk since I find any reason to get away and explore this wonderful world called earth.

I enjoy even more speaking to people and showing the Big Apple. I also enjoy dancing to Latin, world music, alternative, house, techno and many other types of genre. I feel very comfortable on the dance floor so i love to go dancing each week. I also enjoy meeting people online so this website is ideal for me specially since we share a great interest in travel and socializing.

I am a fun person, very welcoming and outgoing. I am never shy so even while speaking to a total stranger people usually assume we already know each other for a long time. So meeting me by hosting or surfing or sharing a drink will feel so natural that you will love our experience together, memorable indeed.

Work hard, play harder and vacation right! Treat others how you like to be treated. Be considerate of others at all times. Life is short live it up one day at a time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Helping people one person at a time, giving advice and guidance. I love showing people around New York, it just makes me feel great taking them to a place that most people dont know about. I also enjoy organizing events to bring people from all walks of life together. I also enjoy introducing new people to those I know so that they also have the chance to meet others and learn more about me by the wonderful friends I have. I DO NOT have an interest to host people seeking to use my place as a hotel or hostel. If you are not looking to be friends, get to know your host or have an interest in getting to know each other beyond surfing then I am not the person for you to request, I seek friendships for life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed very little since I am relatively new to CS. But have hosted and received request from Finland, Morocco, Brazil, Germany, Canada, Costa Rica, Italy, Spain, Hungary and Austria through the Chat room. Althought the chatroom no longer exist the best way to get a hold of my couch is to send me an official couch request. I cannot host everyone, but I do my best to help out. Have also met many people from Napal, Morocco, Turkey and Belgium.

Interests

Salsa, Bachata, Merengue music dancing, traveling, networking and meeting new people. I enjoy theater and go often, I also like jazz clubs and dining out therefore I like taking my surfers and friends to experience some of the best places in New York or seek to explore similar places abroad. When you request me please tell me about your interest and what you would like to do or so or where you will like to go and i can help you better knowing more about your interest.

Music, Movies, and Books

World Music, Panjavi, Middle Eastern, Rock, Alternative, Salsa, Samba, Electronica and Ska. I enjoy reading but lose interest and my focus therefore, most of the books I've read are half read. I always feel that I need to be doing something else-so down time for me is rare-it seems that am always on the go-so when i do not go out it must be that i extremely tired. But when I feel like taking it easy I put light Jazz on the background and just read a little, then i feel like going out somewhere so the cycle is endless. I start, stop, and weeks later begin again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I been able to get people together that would not normally meet. During my monthly events I have people mingle from all over the world such as South Africa, France, Argentina, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Cuba, Georgia, Romania, Hungary, UK, Canada and other parts of the world. Its like one big happy family that has not seen each other in a while yet they just met.

Teach, Learn, Share

I strongly believe that sharing is caring so I treat others how I like to be treated and enjoy others that feel the same. I tend to be a giving person and very generous with my time and friendship. I am quite enviting and like to make shy people comfortable and skeptics at ease. I enjoy people who are sociable and outgoing and of course open minded and from all walks of life. I seek to be friends with everyone I meet and stay true to being yourself.
